Brent is involved in all areas of public practice, including assurance, accounting, and consulting services. He has concentrated on delivering assurance services to public and private entities, with significant experience working with clients in oil and gas exploration and junior mining.
Brent works with a varied client base made up of private and public entities including oil and gas, junior mining, manufacturing, sales and distribution, technology, and capital pool companies.
Professional Memberships and Education
Brent attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1989. He received his Certified General Accountant designation (CGA) in 1995, his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2000, and his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in December 2005.
Volunteer Activities
Brent is active in his community as a coach for baseball and minor hockey in Calgary. He is also a director with the Calgary West Little League.
Extra-curricular Activities
Brent enjoys travelling to various parts of the world with his family. When not travelling or volunteer coaching baseball and minor hockey, Brent can be found on the hockey rink, baseball diamond, or perfecting his golf game at Elbow Springs Golf Club where he is a member.
