Born and raised in the Okanagan, Michael has been in public practice since 2002. With MacKay LLP he primarily focuses on taxation issues affecting privately held businesses.
Professional Memberships and Education
Michael obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in 2001 from the University of Victoria. He started his career in tax in 2005 and obtained his Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 2006.
Volunteer Activities
Michael is actively involved with local CGAs in the Public Practice group and the Kelowna Tax Discussion group.
Extra-curricular Activities
In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing golf and rugby.
