Diana started with MacKay LLP in 2005 along with Jones Richards & Company when the two practices joined forces. She had worked at Jones Richards & Company since 2002.
Diana is currently a Senior Audit Manager at MacKay LLP. Her practice is focused on junior mining and oil and gas companies and she prides herself on meeting tight filing deadlines and completing audit engagements with minimal disruption to the client.
Diana also works closely with lawyers and their clients on:
- Initial public offerings (IPOs);
- Reverse takeovers where a private company acquires a publicly traded company;
- Mineral property spinout transactions in which assets are transferred from the original owner into a separate company;
- Prospectus offering dealing with raising equity;
- Filing statements; and,
- Other public offering documents.
Diana takes great pleasure in providing clients with sound technical advice on complicated accounting issues and assisting them to grow their business and meet both their personal and business financial goals.

Diana obtained her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) designation in 2002 and her Certified General Accounting (CGA) designation in 2004. Diana holds a Bachelor of Engineering, as well as a Diploma of Financial Management.
Volunteer Activities
In her spare time, Diana volunteers as the treasurer of Pandora's Collective Outreach Society, a Vancouver-based registered charity dedicated to promoting literacy and self-expression in the community for children, teens, adults, and individuals in need. The collective members offer local and global outreach services, community arts programs, scholarships, the Summer Dream Literary Arts Festival, and resources.

The mother of two sons, Diana likes to read, watch movies, go hiking, play table tennis, swim, and travel.
