Jackie has over 17 years of progressive human resources experience gained primarily in professional services environments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, as well as certificates in behavioural science, professional counselling and emotional intelligence facilitation. As an HR generalist Jackie has a broad experience base with particular strengths and interests in performance management, and people and leadership development.
