Celestino, who is originally from Belize, joined MacKay LLP in 2002. His experience includes assisting small- to medium-sized privately held businesses, as well as providing assurance services to health and social services authorities, municipal governments, First Nations enterprises, and not-for-profit organizations.
Professional Memberships and Education
He attended Queen's University in Kingston, ON, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 2002. Celestino obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2005 through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA). He is a member of both the ICAA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Northwest Territories/Nunavut (ICANWT/NU).
Volunteer Activities
Celestino is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Yellowknife since November 2008, and now serves on the service organization’s Executive Board as treasurer.
Extra-curricular Activities
In his spare time Celestino enjoys reading and travelling. He is also a member of the MacKay LLP volleyball and curling teams.
